We've Moved....Again!

Hello again friends! It's been awhile since I've written, hasn't it? Well, it probably wouldn't be too hard to believe that I've been busy lately...that seems to be my continual excuse for my sporadic blogging. Yet, it really is true! My family just got done moving again. Let me explain, for those of you who haven't heard....

Around the end of June, we found out that our landlord sold her house unexpectedly and needed to move into the house we were renting by August 1. So, we began packing everything up.

Then, on June 24 my grandpa and grandma arrived in Seattle to spend a week with us in Washington. We had a wonderful time with them, showing them around Washington. Because they had graciously allowed us to take their motorhome with us from Michigan to Washington, they drove it back to Michigan at the end of the week....AND Ariana and I went with them. Once we got to Michigan, Ari and I spent a couple days with our friends. After that, we visited our other grandparents. During our last week in Michigan, we traveled to the Christian Reformed Conference Grounds where we relaxed on the beach and spent time with family. We flew home on the 15th of July, the day before Ariana's 13th birthday. We had a fabulous time in Michigan!

Once we got back home, we had a couple weeks to move out of our home. This move we did something differently than we have in the past four moves...we rented pods to put our furniture, winter clothes, and other unneeded things in. This way we only moved the bare necessities to the house we're living in now. Oh, you're probably wondering about the house. =) Well, the mother of one of the elders in our church is graciously allowing us to live in her house until we find a permanent house (yes, we're looking to buy a house). No, she is not living here. She has another house she is living in (she got married a couple months ago). We are so thankful to the Lord for her generosity!

I guess that about sums it up. We are actively praying and searching for a place to buy that is somewhat inexpensive right now (the housing prices are about double what they were in Michigan). Your prayers for our family would be much appreciated! Thank you all!
